The Mindful Body Spa Package at the Millennium Harvest House Boulder has a 7 day cancellation
policy and a
non-refundable 100% deposit is taken 7 days out from arrival for spa packages.
Cancellations made with less than a 7 day notice will result in a loss of the deposit. Massage
services are subject to availability and will be confirmed prior to arrival. A 20% massage gratuity
is already included and based on $140 of total treatment value (off site treatments). If in-room
treatments are preferred please contact a reservations agent on property at (303) 998-3826. Please
note that in order to accomodate
in room treatments an
additional $140 charge and an
additional gratuity of $28 will be added to your reservation. Setup and Breakdown time
average 20 min each for in room treatments and should be considered when selecting in
room appointments. Complimentary Shuttle to and from the The Mindful Body Spa can be arranged thru
the Front Desk for off-site treatments. The Food and beverage credit associated with the Spa
Package is non-transferable, may not be used for purchase of cigars, and does not include Service
