"Kudos to the staff at the Millenium Biltmore in LA! My client had a 4 day convention at
this location and told me they were all treated like royalty; no opportunity to impress was
overlooked. Welcome letters to all staff and VIP gifts for the President and planner in the room,
with little niceties in their rooms each day! All meeting supplies were delivered in a timely
fashion to the many specified locations; meals were great, AV (through the hotel) flawless, service
above and beyond - I have a very happy client who is looking at possibly re-booking based
on the outstanding staff efforts.

the contract was signed and didn't miss a beat. Winona in conference services went above and
beyond and truly was available to the client for what seemed like 24/7 service - KUDOS to Winona.
Last, but far from least, reservations was perfect. This was extremely important to the client as
there had been numerous problems with this area during their previous conference - no problems
at this venue. Highly recommend this venue for those looking to book in LA - they also said it
was a beautiful property.”
