Convention, held March 23-27, truly a spectacular event. Everyone was very accommodating and
willing participants in making the convention a success. Although I do not know exactly what
the figures were, I believe that, including our 1- and 2-day registrants, we had more than 2000
people in attendance. I have received so many praises regarding the delicious food (and
presentation of the food), the overall outstanding hospitality/service, and certainly the beauty
and historical perspective of the facility. Your entire team was so professional and
dedicated to providing our attendees to the CSHA convention and our staff with first-class

Kudos to the staff at the Millenium Biltmore in LA! My client had a 4 day convention at this
location and told me they were all treated like royalty; no opportunity to impress was overlooked.
Welcome letters to all staff and VIP gifts for the President and planner in the room, with little
niceties in their rooms each day! All meeting supplies were delivered in a timely fashion to the
many specified locations; meals were great, AV (through the hotel) flawless, service above and
beyond - I have a very happy client who is looking at possibly re-booking based on the outstanding
staff efforts. The Biltmore's Director of Sales picked up for the sales manager we lost shortly
after the contract was signed and didn't miss a beat. The Manager in conference services went above
and beyond and truly was available to the client for what seemed like 24/7 service - KUDOS to her.
Last, but far from least, reservations was perfect. This was extremely important to the client as
there had been numerous problems with this area during their previous conference - no problems at
this venue. Highly recommend this venue for those looking to book in LA - they also said it was a
beautiful property."
