Downtown Los Angeles is pleased and honored to play a part in the Amgen Bike Tour of California by hosting the Stage 7 time trial on Saturday, May 22. Beginning and ending at L.A. Live,  cyclists will make a 10.5 mile loop around the city center, passing by landmarks like the Millennium Biltmore Hotel and City Hall.  A huge turnout of spectators is expected for this event, part of the larger Amgen Tour of California. The biggest cycling event in America, their sponsorship component is Breakaway From Cancer, a charity designed to increase resource awareness for those living with the disease.
