Conceived by native Italian chefs and a desire to share the distinct passion for the beauty of their home fare, La Bistecca features exquisite cuts of fine organic beef with a variety of authentic accompaniments inspired by the cuisine of southern Italy and Sicily, as well as traditional sauces. The innovative menu is also comprised of antipasti dishes, fresh salads and handmade pastas, as well as excellent seafood choices that are true to the menu's intrinsic Amalfi Coast influence. Choices are environmentally-friendly, featuring organic vegetable and beef selections from Brandt Farms, who pride themselves in raising cattle on a 100% vegetarian diet, free of added hormones and antibiotics.  The menu is complemented by a fine selection of Italian liqueurs, carefully-selected regional wines and homemade desserts. Set in the elegant upper level of Smeraldi's Restaurant, La Bistecca is a one-of-a-kind dining experience that promises fine home-cooked cuisine in a relaxing, comfortable ambiance.
