Valentine’s Day Dinner for Two at the Millennium Maxwell House Hotel Nashville.

A rose will be presented to the lady during the dinner. Come join us for this Nashville Valentine's Day special, featuring:

First Course
Winter greens presented in a cucumber wrap with a Montrachet Tart and accented by a roasted tomato coulis.

Second Course
A seafood platter for two with shrimp, crab claws, scallops and mussels accompanied by a traditional cocktail sauce and a lemon butter aioli.

Third Course
CA duo of filet of beef tenderloin topped with a crab béarnaise sauce and chicken Florentine roulade with a Chablis cream sauce, a couscous timbale and sautéed baby vegetables.

Fourth Course
A decadently delicious, layered chocolate trilogy of dark, milk and white chocolates complimented by a raspberry coulis with a glass of champagne to highlight this sweet delight.
